Refund policy

🔹 Returns

Since our products are made-to-order (Print on Demand), we do not accept returns for reasons such as:

  • Wrong size ordered by the customer

  • Change of mind

  • Color difference due to screen variations

However, we do accept returns or replacements in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a defective product

  • You received the wrong product


🔹 Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Product must be unused and unwashed

  • Original packaging and tags must be intact

  • Clear photo or video proof must be provided


🔹 How to Request a Return / Replacement

  1. Email us at support@crestlooms.com

  2. Mention your order ID

  3. Attach clear photos or videos showing the issue

Our team will review the request within 2–3 business days.


🔹 Refunds

  • If the issue is approved, we will offer:

    • A replacement product, or

    • A refund (in special cases)

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method

⚠️ Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable


🔹 Exchange Policy

We do not offer size exchanges.
Please refer to the size chart carefully before placing your order.


🔹 Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order

  • Once the product is sent for printing or shipped, cancellation is not possible


🔹 COD Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

  • COD charges (if any) are non-refundable
