🔹 Returns
Since our products are made-to-order (Print on Demand), we do not accept returns for reasons such as:

Wrong size ordered by the customer

Change of mind

Color difference due to screen variations
However, we do accept returns or replacements in the following cases:

You received a damaged product

You received a defective product
-
You received the wrong product
🔹 Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or replacement:

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

Product must be unused and unwashed

Original packaging and tags must be intact

Clear photo or video proof must be provided
🔹 How to Request a Return / Replacement

Mention your order ID

Attach clear photos or videos showing the issue
Our team will review the request within 2–3 business days.
🔹 Refunds

If the issue is approved, we will offer:

A replacement product, or
-
A refund (in special cases)

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days

The amount will be credited to the original payment method
⚠️ Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
🔹 Exchange Policy
We do not offer size exchanges.
Please refer to the size chart carefully before placing your order.
🔹 Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order

Once the product is sent for printing or shipped, cancellation is not possible
🔹 COD Orders
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
-
COD charges (if any) are non-refundable
